Experienced attorneys

As an international law firm, we are constantly on the lookout for attorneys who over the years have become specialised in providing consulting services for German companies and companies with international operations of all sizes.
 
In particular, we are always interested in specialised colleagues in the following areas: 
  • M&A, company law and capital market law
  • Insolvency law and restructuring
  • International and German tax law
  • Commercial criminal law and criminal tax law
  • Conflict resolution and procedural law
  • Labour law
  • IP  and IT law
  • Public commercial law, energy law, public construction law, public transport law

 

And we are also looking for experts in further areas of the law.

     

You have an excellent legal qualification as well as relevant consulting experience, complemented by a good basic understanding of economics. You gained your experience in a renowned law firm specialising in commercial and tax law, a big 4 professional services firm or in a boutique law firm with international operations.

 

The title of specialist attorney or for tax law the qualification as a tax consultant is an advantage.

 

Attorneys as young professionals

As a freshly qualified attorney, during your studies you specialised in one of our legal areas and also worked as a trainee lawyer in this area.
 
You have the advantage of an additional qualification such as a specialised and/or LL.M. postgraduate degree or a doctorate.
 

Legal assistants and legal officer

A functioning office management is essential for the organisation of a legal firm. For this purpose we require legal assistants who can reliably manage the administration of clients and deadlines and look after our clients in a friendly and professional manner. In this process persons with the additional qualification of legal officer manage our younger colleagues.
