WirtschaftsWoche together with leading experts has taken top lawyers in corporate tax law under scrutiny and formed a list of top firms. Particularly pleasing news: Rödl & Partner was selected to the Top 25.

The selection of WirtschaftsWoche is based on both subjective judgments as well as extensive research. 40 tax experts from more than 200 proposals were chosen to the elite list. Finally they were judged by a jury, which among others included Wolfgang Tichy, chief editor of WIWO, Prof. Felix Hey, managing partner of the publishing group Dr. Otto Schmidt, and Prof. Achim Schunder, editor of NJW (Neue Juristische Wochenschrift), who evaluated the final candidates based on four criteria: provable success (proportion of percentage 25), years of experience (25 percent), strength of the teams (25 percent) and specialization (25 percent).
