The main focus of the QMS of Rödl & Partner OÜ lies on increasing customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the management system.

ISO 9001 is an international standard that determines the baseline requirements for quality management systems. This standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system. In 2015 the requirements and framework of the standard changed significantly. A three-year transition period to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard was established for companies applying the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, which will end in September 2018.
