Bogdan Fratila takes over the general management of Rödl & Partner in Romania

Nuremberg/Bucharest, 29 June 2018: As of mid-June, Bogdan Fratila has taken over the general management of Rödl & Partner in Romania. He succeeds Mrs. Anca Sucală, active as general manager of the Audit and BPO departments of Rödl & Partner in Romania for more than 20 years. On June 15th 2018, her personal decision was to step down from the company’s management and to dedicate herself to her private life.

Since 2006, Mr. Fratila has been leading the law office of Rödl & Partner in Romania, with a professional experience of more than 20 years in the international business environment. His areas of expertise include greenfield investments, coordination of cross-border M&A transactions, as well as real estate and construction law projects.

Hereinafter, Mr. Fratila shall be responsible in the future for all consultancy and audit services lines in Romania. Aside from his current responsibilities, he will assume the coordinating role for the Tax, Audit and BPO departments (over 100 consultants in 4 offices: Bucharest, Cluj, Sibiu and Timisoara).

Bogdan Fratila has been active with Rödl & Partner since 2006, has been appointed as Partner in 2008, as well as speaker for numerous in-house and external seminars on Romania, as investment location for foreign investors. In addition to his native language, Romanian, Mr. Fratila also is fluent in German and English and since 2000, has been a licensed attorney and member of the Bucharest Bar.
