SPECIAL GUESTS

Kinga Baranowska – a Polish mountaineer who has summitted nine eight-thousanders. Member of the national team of the Polish Mountaineering Association, a geographer and economist by education, awarded the Gold Cross of Merit by the President of Poland. She implements her own programme called "the female Crown of the Himalayas" to climb all 14 eight-thousanders without using supplemental oxygen.

Mountains are a perfect school of good planning, decision making, crisis management and teamwork. An inspiring lecture drawing on mountain experience for project and team managers and strategic decision-makers.

Professor Piotr Sutt – a musician, percussionist, fan and promoter of percussion instruments. Head of the Instrumental Practice Department of the Faculty of Music Art at Kazmierz Wielki University of Bydgoszcz. The leading percussionist of the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra. Designs and delivers training in communication, leadership and interpersonal relations, which involve playing percussion instruments (he trained, among others, the employees of IKEA Sweden). The holder of the scholarship at the Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra in Berlin, Vienna and Warsaw. The soloist of renowned international music festivals.

The communication in an orchestra is similar to managing a company or a team of employees, and every team member is key to achieve harmony. An interactive lecture on team leading and team work is a training session in communication and a music workshop in one.
