Munich, 04.03.2013: Rödl & Partner continues to expand its transactions practice in the Munich office. On 01.03.2013, Thomas Fräbel (35) joined the M&A Team based in our office in Munich, having departed from the business law firm Hengeler Mueller. Fräbel will be Associate Partner in the team led by Dr. Oliver Schmitt and advise clients on issues related to company law, M&A, financing, capital market legislation and restructuring. In addition, we welcomed back finance and M&A expert Jessica Klein (31), who came back to Rödl & Partner from White & Case at the turn of the year. ›››
