Access Control Function for Company Director Representative/Organisation Administrator Role in MyTax

Starting from 18 February 2025, there will be an access control function for the role of Company Director Representative/Organization Administrator Representative.
Company Directors/Organization Administrators can appoint a Company Director Representative/ Organization Administrator Representative and set access limits as per the following specifications:
| Access Limit | Description |
| Tax | Representative is allowed to access and perform tasks related to taxation only |
| MyInvois | Representative is allowed to access and perform tasks related to MyInvois only |
| Tax and MyInvois | Representative is allowed to access and perform tasks related to both, taxation and MyInvois |
For existing representatives, the access limit will be automatically set as follows:
| Appointment Date | Has a role in MyInvois? | Access Limit |
| Before 1 July 2024 | Yes | Tax and MyInvois |
| From 1 July 2024 to 18 February 2025 | Yes | MyInvois |
| Before 18 Februay 2025 | No | Tax |
However, the Company Director/Organization Administrator may update the access limit at any time.
