RÖDL advises Jungheinrich AG on the acquisition of All Lift Forklifts
Hamburg, 14 August 2026: RÖDL advised Jungheinrich AG, one of the world's leading providers of intralogistics solutions, on the acquisition of All Lift Forklifts, a leading Australian provider of material handling and intralogistics solutions.
As part of the transaction, Jungheinrich was supported by an interdisciplinary RÖDL team headed by Christoph Hinz, who conducted the Financial Due Diligence, together with Christopher Wilcke and Kristina Willers. Florian Kaiser was responsible for the Tax Due Diligence. Felix Wolter led the Pre-Deal Purchase Price Allocation, while Dr. Christian Maier advised on the HR Due Diligence and the Workers’ Health & Safety / Quality Due Diligence. The IT Due Diligence was carried out by Frank Reutter and Nicolas Fehrenbach. Following the signing, RÖDL continues to support Jungheinrich with the Post-Deal Purchase Price Allocation and Post-Merger Integration.
The acquisition marks another important step in Jungheinrich’s international growth strategy, further strengthening its direct sales and service network in the Asia-Pacific region while expanding its presence in the Australian market.
