Birmingham, United Kingdom, February 21, 2025: Rödl advised the FÖRCH Group, a leading German supplier of products for trade and industry on its acquisition of Ziebe Ltd., a UK distributor of automotive aftermarket, industrial and marine parts.
The FÖRCH Group was comprehensively supported by a transaction team from Rödl, led by Partner Jan Eberhardt. The team provided critical support in all legal and, together with Claritas Tax, in all tax matters of the transaction.
The acquisition sees two family-owned businesses come together to expand their product offering on the UK market.
