Rödl Advised Raimondi on its Acquisition of Donnelly Distribution, LLC
Atlanta, Georgia, February 14, 2025: Rödl advised Raimondi S.p.A. (Raimondi) on its acquisition of Donnelly Distribution, LLC, the exclusive importer of Raimondi tools for the U.S. market. The acquisition aims to strengthen Raimondi's presence in the U.S. while broadening its existing customer base.
Rödl’s U.S. Transaction Services team, led by Partner Frank Breitenfeldt, served as the exclusive financial and tax advisor while Rödl Italy served as the exclusive legal advisor to Raimondi. The interdisciplinary team provided critical support in buy-side financial, tax and legal due diligence, deal negotiation as well as purchase contract drafting.
