Atlanta, Georgia, March 13, 2025: Rödl advised SGB-SMIT Group (SGB-SMIT) on its acquisition of Southwest Electric Co., a leading electrical component and transformer manufacturer and service provider in the United States.
Rödl’s U.S. Transaction Services team, led by Partner Frank Breitenfeldt, served as SGB-SMIT’s financial advisor. The team provided critical support in buy-side financial and tax due dili-gence, deal negotiation and purchase contract drafting assistance.
