Paris, July 9, 2025: Rödl France advised the DYNAVOX GROUP AB ("DYNAVOX GROUP") on its acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital and voting rights of CENOMY FRANCE SAS ("CENOMY FRANCE").

An interdisciplinary Rödl team supported the DYNAVOX GROUP on the legal, tax and financial aspects of the transaction. Laurence Cuillier and Murielle Brunner coordinated the French team and supported the client with the legal due diligence and transaction documentation. Caroline Steinert provided tax advice, including tax due diligence and structuring. The financial details, including financial due diligence, were handled by Matthias Zahn and Alexander Seufert.

The acquisition is an important step in DYNAVOX GROUP’s international expansion, whereby it will strengthen its presence in France and improve its ability to support local customers.
