Atlanta, USA, 30 March 2026: RÖDL advised Fr. Meyer’s Sohn GmbH & Co KG (“FMS”) on the successful acquisition of Canadian logistics specialist CFT Corporation.

RÖDL’s U.S. and Canada Transaction Services team, led by Partner Frank Breitenfeldt, served as the exclusive financial advisor to FMS, delivering comprehensive buy-side financial and tax due diligence and assisting with transaction negotiations and purchase contract drafting.

The transaction strengthens FMS’s strategic focus on the Canadian market and expands its capabilities in the agricultural commodities sector, a key growth area within its global commodity portfolio.
