Atlanta, Georgia, 24 September 2026: RÖDL advised GETEC Energie Holding GmbH on its investment in Cloudbreak Energy Partners, LLC, a Boulder, Colorado-based developer of distributed solar and battery energy storage projects in the United States.

RÖDL’s U.S. Transaction Services team, led by Partner Frank Breitenfeldt, served as financial advisor to GETEC. The team provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence, complemented by a business plan review performed by RÖDL’s Valuation Services team in Munich.

The investment supports GETEC’s expansion into the United States and provides Cloudbreak with capital to advance its project pipeline as it transitions from a development-and-sale model toward the long-term ownership and operation of solar and battery storage assets.
