Singapore, October 14, 2025: RÖDL comprehensively advised KLINGER Holding GmbH ("KLINGER") on legal and tax matters concerning the acquisition of SJP Sealing Technology ("SJP").

In connection with the transaction, KLINGER was advised by an international team from Rödl led by Partner Dr. Paul Weingarten.

With the full acquisition of SJP, the KLINGER Group takes another step in its international growth strategy. The integration expands the existing portfolio of sealing solutions and services and strengthens the Group’s global presence.
