RÖDL’s Transaction Services team, led by Matthias Zahn in Germany and Daniel Antonik in Poland, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Roland Berger and provided comprehensive buy‑side financial due diligence services. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction strengthens Roland Berger’s battery consulting capabilities by adding Alexec’s technical expertise in a rapidly growing market. At the same time, it provides Alexec with an ideal platform for global growth by leveraging Roland Berger’s international footprint and established client base while continuing to operate independently under its own brand.
