RÖDL advises Sitra Group on acquisition of Marlep Tanklogistik GmbH

Led by Partner Matthias Zahn, an interdisciplinary RÖDL team from Germany and Poland provided Sitra with buy-side financial, tax and legal due diligence, as well as SPA advice.

The acquisition adds a further 50 trucks, 70 trailers and more than 100 employees to the Sitra Group, further expanding its service portfolio and geographical presence across Europe. For Marlep, the acquisition creates a strong network and platform to accelerate the company’s growth.

In addition to its headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the company operates a key site near Gdansk, Poland. Marlep primarily serves customers in Germany, the Benelux countries, France and Poland.
