Rödl Advises the connexta Group on the Acquisition of Midland IT GmbH
Nuremberg, March 25, 2025: Rödl successfully advised the connexta Group on the acquisition of Midland IT GmbH.
The interdisciplinary team of transaction experts, led by Partner Cyril Prengel, supported the connexta Group with the Financial, Legal, and Tax due diligence, as well as financial purchase agreement clauses and an equity bridge. Tax advice was provided by Partner Florian Kaiser’s team, while Partner Thomas Fräbel’s team conducted the Legal due diligence.
Through the acquisition of Midland IT GmbH, the connexta Group expands its service portfolio in cloud transformation and managed services. It also strengthens its market presence in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, and beyond.
