Nuremberg, January 16, 2025: Rödl provided legal and tax advice to the Helmsauer Group on the acquisition of planaring GmbH, independent consultants and brokers of financial and insurance services.
Sole shareholder Thomas Hertlein sold his entire stake in planaring GmbH, independent consultants and brokers of financial and insurance services, to the Helmsauer Group, headquartered in Nuremberg. Rödl supported the Helmsauer Group in this transaction with an interdisciplinary transaction team.
