Munich, June 10, 2025: Rödl advised the WIKA Group (“WIKA”) on the implementation of a strategic partnership with KROHNE Messtechnik GmbH (“KROHNE”). WIKA now acts as KROHNE’s exclusive partner for the temperature product segment. KROHNE can offer its customers WIKA’s complete portfolio, providing a broader range, more application experience, and additional approvals, certifications and services for temperature measuring instruments.

The WIKA Group received comprehensive legal, tax and business advice on entering into the partnership from an interdisciplinary and international Rödl team led by Partner Thomas Fräbel. Partner Florian Kaiser was responsible for the tax advice, while Partner Tobias Beine carried out the Financial Due Diligence. Thomas Fräbel also coordinated the international teams in Finland and Sweden involved in the transaction.

Part of the strategic partnership is WIKA’s full acquisition from KROHNE of INOR Process AB, based in Malmö, Sweden, and its subsidiaries in Germany and Finland. INOR Process AB employs 60 people and develops and manufactures high-precision temperature sensors and transmitters for industrial applications.
