Nuremberg, September 22, 2025: Rödl comprehensively advised Vecoplan AG ("Vecoplan") on the acquisition of the dry cleaning specialist Pla.to GmbH ("Pla.to").

An interdisciplinary team of transaction and valuation experts under the overall project management of Cyril Prengel supported Vecoplan with the financial and tax due diligence as well as the negotiation of the purchase agreement. Rödl is also advising Vecoplan on the IFRS Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) following the closing.

The acquisition follows many years of cooperation between the two companies. As a result of this strategic partnership, Pla.to is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Vecoplan. The Pla.to site in Görlitz will remain in operation. The acquisition enables Vecoplan to offer a complete process portfolio in the field of plastics recycling, thereby strengthening the company’s market position.
