Atlanta, Georgia, 17 March 2026: RÖDL advises Viessmann Generations Group on the creation of a strategic partnership between KPS Global, a leading company in the Viessmann ecosystem, and Everidge, a Minnesota-based cooling specialist headquartered in Plymouth.

RÖDL’s U.S. Transaction Services team, led by Partner Christian Haverney, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Viessmann Generations Group. The team provided critical support in buy-side financial and tax due diligence.

The acquisition aims to strengthen KPS Global’s position in the U.S. market, notably by expanding its product offerings and continuing to invest in product development, enhancing its ability to offer customers a broad range of advanced solutions.
