Rödl Advises Zeppelin on the Acquisition of All Shares in Marx Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH
With this strategic decision, Zeppelin is specifically strengthening the expertise of its subsidiary SITECH in the field of surveying services for building and construction projects in various industries.
An interdisciplinary team from Rödl, led by partners Dr. Christoph Götz and James Murphy, supported the transaction on the buyer side. In the course of this, financial and tax due diligence was carried out.
