RÖDL strengthens its global Management Board with Jens-Christian Pastille

Nuremberg, 6 July 2026: RÖDL is further strengthening its global Management Board with the appointment of Jens-Christian Pastille as Managing Partner, effective July 1, 2026. Pastille, an Attorney at Law, has been with RÖDL since 2004.

In his new role, he is responsible for the Northern Europe region, which includes the Baltic states and Scandinavia, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Austria and Switzerland.

“Jens-Christian Pastille combines outstanding professional expertise with a strong entrepreneurial mindset,” says Prof. Dr. Christian Rödl, Chairman of the Management Board at RÖDL.“ By successfully establishing our offices in the Baltic States and Scandinavia, he has played a key role in shaping RÖDL’s international development over many years. I am delighted that Jens will now continue to drive our growth strategy forward at the executive level as well.”

Jens Pastille has many years of advisory experience in cross-border mandates in Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, particularly in connection with corporate acquisitions and real estate transactions. His areas of expertise include international contract law, foreign investments, and the structuring and execution of complex transactions.

“Our strength lies not only in providing centralized advice to clients, but also in supporting them locally through our own interdisciplinary teams on site,” adds Jens-Christian Pastille. “I look forward to continuing on this path to success together and helping our clients further develop their markets in a sustainable manner.”

Jens-Christian Pastille studied law at the Free University of Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin, and The George Washington University (LL.M.). During his studies, he gained international experience in Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, and Stockholm. Prior to joining RÖDL, he worked as an Attorney at Law in various countries across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe.
