Eschborn, September 24, 2025: The international consulting and auditing firm Rödl comprehensively advised Salesfive Holding GmbH (“Salesfive”), a portfolio company of the Armira Holding Group and one of Europe’s leading Salesforce partners, on financial and tax matters in connection with the acquisition of H+W CONSULT GmbH (“H+W”).

In this transaction, Salesfive was advised by an interdisciplinary team from Rödl specializing in buy-and-build transactions, led by Partner Tobias Beine. Together with Associate Partner Julia Klammsteiner, he was responsible for the Financial Due Diligence. Tax advice was provided by the team led by Partner Mimoun Houbbani.

With this merger, Salesfive continues its growth trajectory and expands its consulting capacity for clients across Europe. For H+W, the integration creates an even broader service portfolio with the shared target of successfully shaping digital transformation for clients.
