Our Philosophy

Today’s world of work is constantly changing. In addition to the “classic” employment law consulting areas, new, flexible work models (mobile working, workation, hybrid working), the recruitment and integration of foreign skilled workers, and the sustainability of work and the work environment are gaining increasing importance. Furthermore, working methods are fundamentally changing with digital transformation and the use of new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). In view of this, we believe that flexible and innovative approaches are required that go beyond traditional employment law to meet the demands of modern companies and organizations.

Instead of standardized solutions, we pursue the philosophy of developing tailor-made concepts that are precisely aligned with the individual needs of our clients. We rely on a combination of expertise in employment and social security law, as well as HRM components. Therefore, we operate under the motto: HR: LAW – More than just employment law
