Our Philosophy

Our consulting follows the life cycle of a property – from planning and operation to dismantling. We ensure practical relevance through active exchange with experts from science and facility management as well as through our involvement in GEFMA. There, we lead, among other things, the working groups on tendering, awarding, FM law and BIM, participate in guidelines such as GEFMA 190, 192 and 300 and contribute our know-how in other expert circles. In addition, we assume responsibility on the board of buildingSmart e.V. and help shape the Federal Conference on Operator Responsibility. In seminars and workshops, our experts impart their knowledge in a practical manner – publicly and in-house. This results in solutions that are legally sound and technically feasible.

Our interdisciplinary team consists of specialized lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, business graduates and engineers. This diversity makes us the perfect trusted partner for complex legal and organizational issues relating to (special) real estate of private and public clients.

Operator Responsibility

Operator responsibility according to GEFMA 190 is a central component in facility management – and at the same time it often presents companies with challenges. Complex requirements and a lack of know-how make implementation difficult. With the Operator Responsibility Master Plan, we offer a structured concept based on the PDCA cycle. Operator obligations are systematically recorded, controlled and implemented in a legally compliant manner.

Contract design is central to the successful operation and construction of properties. We support you from contract drafting to control and review – in a legally sound and practical manner. Current requirements, e.g. on the Industrial Safety Ordinance, digitization or sustainability, are continuously incorporated into our consulting. For legal departments, we also develop central, database-supported contract templates as standardized solutions that simplify everyday life and create legal certainty.
