Whether it’s a relatively “smaller” FM tender for individual maintenance or D-GUV 3 inspection services for a classic office property, or a complex facility management tender for entire property portfolios and specialized properties (manufacturing, finance, pharmaceutical industry, etc.) at various locations throughout Germany – we have the necessary expertise. We possess years of industry knowledge in facility management and actively contribute to practical applications (including leading the nationwide working group “Tendering and Awarding in FM” at the leading industry association GEFMA e.V.). Furthermore, over the years, we have built up the necessary technical and legal expertise to tender and award your requirements in a legally compliant and effective manner.

For this, we offer all services from the first step (e.g., demand planning, user objectives, time and resource planning, contract conceptualization, negotiation execution, bid evaluation) to the last step (accompanying contract award, implementation phase, and service provider management).

We can both review and update existing FM tender documents and create new, customized tender documents. Together with you, we conduct your complete FM tender and support you in all necessary process steps – for both public and non-public procurements.

Our focus areas

  • Needs analysis, “Make or Buy” decision
  • Organization and execution of your tender
  • Preparation of legally relevant tender documents, e.g., contracts, general terms and conditions
  • Review of existing FM tender documents
  • Consideration of specific characteristics and requirements
  • Preparation or review of existing technical tender documents, e.g., scope of services or service catalog
  • Comparison and evaluation of all tender-relevant documents, e.g., comparison of contract and scope of services
  • Development of procurement concepts, e.g., single award, package award, framework contract concepts
  • Consulting and execution of tendering for specific services for property operation and value retention of the real estate portfolio (maintenance, servicing, security, cleaning, catering, winter services, landscape maintenance, etc.)
  • Use and implementation of IT support for regularly recurring tenders in facility management: Connection to our Contract Generator and implementation of our Regulatory Information System REG-IS
