Operator responsibility in facility management

Dealing with operator responsibility according to GEFMA 190 is an integral part of facility management, but often complex and confusing. The necessary know-how and a conceptual approach to what exactly needs to be done are often lacking. We have thus developed the Master Plan Operator Responsibility. According to the proven PDCA cycle, the operator obligations are identified and their perception is systematically implemented and controlled so that operator responsibility becomes tangible and can be processed in a well-structured manner.
