works

In the first step, we would be happy to advise you on the selection of suitable modules and on the individual adaptation of our training concept to the specific requirements and challenges of your company. In addition, you can use our self-test to get a first assessment of your training needs – quickly and easily.

Kickoff

We will then arrange a free kick-off event for your company. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other and you will receive a first, practical insight into our training concept so that you can personally convince yourself of our approach. The Kickoff takes place online after individual coordination.

AI Competence

After the first appointment, you will receive your individual 360° training plan for the systematic development of AI competence in your company. In the following months, we will jointly carry out the agreed training modules – practical, targeted and tailored to your requirements.

The modules for selecting AI systems combine technical basic knowledge with legal and organizational aspects – from assessing opportunities and risks to analyzing legal frameworks and issues of procurement and contract design. 2. Introduction of AI Systems

The modules for the introduction of AI systems highlight central aspects of project management, co-determination and data protection and show how legal requirements and organizational processes can be efficiently linked. Each module can be used individually or in combination and supports companies in successfully introducing AI systems in a compliant manner and in accordance with operational structures.

3. Operation of AI Systems

The modules for the operation of AI systems show how skills in dealing with AI can be specifically developed to promote security and acceptance. It provides practical knowledge of which requirements for data quality, data protection and copyright must be observed and how legal limits must be observed when using AI output. In this way, the modules support companies in using their AI systems responsibly, in compliance with the law and efficiently in ongoing operations.

4. Sanctions and Consequences

Where AI is used, new questions of responsibility arise. The modules on sanctions and consequences show how legal risks can be identified, assessed and avoided. They provide an overview of the regulatory requirements of the AI Act, national liability regulations and possible sanctions in the event of violations. In addition, it teaches how companies can act in a legally secure manner and minimize liability risks through careful documentation, compliance measures and responsible handling of AI input and output.
