Christian Landgraf

As a member of the Management Board, Christian Landgraf is responsible for the service line Advisory & IT, whose services are aligned along the CFO agenda – from strategic planning to secure operational management. He is an Auditor (Germany), Certified Public Accountant (Georgia, U.S.) and Certified Sustainability Assurance Expert FS (Germany) and, as a trusted advisor to the modern CFO, shapes the digital and sustainable transformation of our clients worldwide.

In addition to auditing listed and internationally active family businesses, his main focus is on integrated accounting, reporting and process consulting. He provides holistic support to companies in the organization, optimization and digitalization of financial reporting, post-merger integration & transformation, as well as IPO readiness and capital market strategies.

After graduating with a business administration degree from the University of Regensburg and completing traineeships in Nuremberg and Atlanta, USA, he began his career at RÖDL in 2003 in auditing and audit-related consulting. In 2009, Christian Landgraf took over the management of the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services, built up the Capital Markets Group and was responsible for auditing in the Northern Bavaria region.

Christian Landgraf is the author of numerous specialist publications and a sought-after speaker and lecturer on topics of national and international accounting and a member of various expert committees.
