Dr. Felix Madeja

Dr. Felix Madeja has been responsible for the global management of Finance, Tax & Accounting at Rödl as Chief Financial Officer since 2020. Under his leadership, the digital transformation has been significantly advanced and expanded.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the Executive Board and, in this role, also bears overall responsibility for the Global Functions People Services, Information Technology, Legal, as well as Risk Management and Insurance. In 2023, he initiated the establishment of the Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation to globally embed and advance automation and process optimization using RPA and AI.

Dr. Felix Madeja studied Business Administration and earned his doctorate at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, including various stays abroad.

In August 2015, he joined Rödl as the head of the internal tax department, which he expanded and strategically developed until the end of 2019. During this period, he was particularly responsible for introducing additional tax internal control system (ICS) processes.

Dr. Felix Madeja is one of the recognized experts in his field. He has been repeatedly honored for his economic expertise in leading rankings, including Handelsblatt. As a sought-after contact person for specialist media and author of numerous publications, he significantly contributes to economic discussions. Furthermore, he worked for many years as a lecturer at private institutes and universities and continues to passionately share his knowledge to this day.

In addition to his work at Rödl, Dr. Felix Madeja has been a board member of the Nuremberg Chamber of Tax Advisors since 2019, contributing his expertise to various committees. In this capacity, he regularly serves as an expert witness in court. Furthermore, he is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
