Managing PartnerAttorney at LawJens-Christian Pastille is Attorney at Law and has been with RÖDL since 2004. As a member of the Management Board, he is responsible for the Northern Europe region, including the Baltic and Scandinavian countries, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Austria, and Switzerland.
His areas of expertise focus on advising on cross-border engagements in Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, particularly in connection with corporate acquisitions and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in international contract law, foreign investments, and the structuring and execution of complex transactions. A particular emphasis is placed on identifying and realizing business opportunities as well as promoting the sustainable development of markets and organizations.
Jens-Christian Pastille studied law at the Free University of Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin, and The George Washington University (LL.M.). During his studies, he gained international experience in Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, and Stockholm. Prior to joining RÖDL, he worked as an Attorney at Law in various countries across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe.
He is the author of numerous professional publications and a sought-after speaker on international legal and tax matters, particularly with regard to foreign investments and transactions.
