VAT in the Automotive Sector

In our next International Expert Roundtable with the topic “VAT in the Automotive Sector,” our VAT experts from the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Germany will provide insights into key VAT issues in the automotive sector. Beside typical business cases coming along in the delivery structure in the automotive sector, such as chain transactions, cross-border supplies and delivery structures via consignment stocks, a particular focus will be on the VAT treatment of so-called tooling cases in the light of the recent ECJ jurisdiction. An area that can vary depending on national VAT regulations and may therefore entail certain risks. We look forward to welcoming you to a session covering country-specific particularities, practical analyses, and valuable insights for cross-border business operations in the automotive sector.
