Lawyer Monthly: M&A Law Firm of the Year 2012

Rödl & Partner was recognised in Germany as the “Mergers & Acquisitions Law Firm of the Year 2012”.

 
“Lawyer Monthly” magazine awarded Rödl & Partner the title of “Mergers & Acquisitions Law Firm of the Year 2012” in Germany. The award was granted to Rödl & Partner based on an international survey conducted by the magazine's editorial team among top law firms and other companies.

The jury made the decision to award the title to Rödl & Partner based on a review of international business transactions supervised by Rödl & Partner offices in Munich and Nuremberg this year. Another criterion adopted by Lawyer Monthly was the contribution of the M&A business line to the overall business success of Rödl & Partner in the current financial year.
