The Digital Agenda of Rödl & Partner describes and provides details on the digital transformation process of our entire firm. Amid all the necessary technical aspects, the “focus on people” remains the core component of our corporate culture. We are convinced that people will be the crucial success factor also in the future.
 
At the same time, our work life will radically change. In the future, our activities will be even more strongly shaped by new technologies than so far. We view this change as both an individual and a company-wide opportunity. Therefore, our Digital Agenda aims at the optimal integration of personal and digital competencies.
