Labor Law and Covid-19 in Vietnam: Lessons Learned in 2021

The fourth Covid-19 outbreak in Vietnam confronted many entrepreneurs with severe restrictions, lockdown scenarios and even prohibition of operation. These operational and in some cases existential challenges do of course also impact employment matters. In tackling this complex challenge, we were more than happy to join the stage with Vlad Savin, Vice-Chairman of The Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. Together we focus on the rights, options and obligations of employers with regard to HR related decisions to be made during the ongoing pandemic.
