Marginal Additional Registration Fee (ARF) rates for higher-end and luxury cars have been increased.
   

New Rates

The portion of Open Market Value (a) in excess of $40,000 and up to $60,000 will be taxed at 190 percent, (b) in excess of $60,000 and up to $80,000 at 250 percent, and (c) in excess of $80,000 at 320 percent.

Cap Preferential ARF (PARF) rebates at $60,000.
