Rödl & Partner advised Nanotec Electronic on equity transfer in Chinese joint venture Fulling Motor

​​​​​Shanghai, 10 July 2025: Rödl & Partner has advised Nanotec Electronic GmbH & Co. KG ("Nanotec"), on the transfer of part of its equity interest in Changzhou Fulling Motor Co., Ltd. ("Fulling Motor") to a group of investors led by IDG Capital and FirstLight Capital, providing comprehensive advice. Nanotec remains as a significant shareholder and long-term strategic partner of Fulling Motor even after the transfer of the investment.

 

Rödl & Partner provided advice under the leadership of Associate Partner Dr. Jianhong Liu. Dr Liu's team supported Nanotec with the legal structuring of the transaction, in negotiations with various shareholders and investors, in the preparation and review of the transaction and filing documents as well as in the regulatory approval process. The team took on comprehensive management of the entire transaction process, seeing it through to a successful closing.
