Stuttgart, 5 August 2025: Rödl & Partner advised Jiangsu Zhenjiang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (“JZNEE AVIM") on legal and tax aspects of its investment project in Cuxhaven, Germany.
Partner Jiawei Wang, head of the Rödl & Partner China Desk, was the project lead and Partner Thomas Fräbel was responsible for providing legal advice.
Following the closure of the Nordmark plant last year, the Chinese company group JZNEE AVIM takes over the site, including the industrial hall in the port of Cuxhaven. Represented by its subsidiary Northwind GmbH, JZNEE AVIM will be active in Cuxhaven in the future.
According to JZNEE AVIM, it plans to create up to 50 jobs at the new location. “We would like to contribute to the economic development of the region and strengthen local value creation" emphasized CEO of the group Mr. Zhen Hu. JZNEE AVIM plans to invest between 30 and 40 million euros in the construction and further development of the Cuxhaven plant.
Jiangsu Zhenjiang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Chinese public listed company based in Jianyin City, specializing in manufacturing and supply of components for wind and photovoltaic power systems. Founded in 2004, the company group has around 3,300 employees worldwide and achieved revenue of approximately 475 million euros in 2024.
