The Global Anti-Base Erosion Rules (GloBE) are a key component of this plan, designed to minimize the tax burden of large multinational enterprises on income earned in the different jurisdictions in which they operate. In this webinar, Priya Selvanathan and Prabu Chaloraju provide you with a sound understanding of BEPS Pillar 2 and Malaysia´s position in this regard, they will point out the potential impact on your cross-border business ventures and add some practical, hands-on guidance on how to cope with this impact in the future.
