The 2021 Federal Budget has been announced in Parliament on 6 November 2020, the 1st since the covid-19 pandemic, and the 1st under the 12th Malaysia Plan. Budget 2021 is expected to be an expansionary budget focusing on restarting the economy and ensuring economic continuity through a number of elaborated incentive schemes for individuals and businesses alike.
