City cycling donation 2024 – Die Arche Hamburg

In its fight against poverty among children in Germany, Die Arche engages in particular for children coming from socially disadvantaged families. In Hamburg, three Arche facilities are available as contact points  for children and adolescents in social hot spots of the city where they can ask for help.

The Arche employees provide the children with reliable and sustainable support over a long period of time, many children have been attending  the facilities for years and, with the assistance of reliable caretakers, manage to complete their school education,  receive help in personal distress and find an apprenticeship place with the support of the employees. The three Arche facilities reach about 1,200 children and young people in Hamburg every year.

The donation of Rödl & Partner is aimed at supporting the Lerncamp project of the Adolescents' House. The Lerncamp was held in March 2025, ahead of the upcoming exams for the First School Leaving Certificate (ESA), the Intermediate School Leaving Certificate (MSA) and the Abitur. Thanks to the donation from Rödl & Partner, around 30 young people were able to travel to a quiet place to study and prepare for their upcoming exams. Twice a day, volunteers and employees guided the students through intensive learning sessions, supporting them on their path to successfully completing their school education.​​​​
