Rödl & Partner Croatia assist the German TÜV Nord Group in the acquisition process of the Croatian company ING Atest

Rödl & Partner Croatia assist the German TÜV Nord Group in the acquisition process of the Croatian company ING Atest and conducted the Finance- and Tax Due Diligence.

TÜV NORD has successfully completed the acquisition process in Croatia and since 1 January 2021 has become a co-owner of Ing Atest d.o.o. from Split. Ing Atest d.o.o. is one of the most successful companies in Croatia in the field of occupational safety, fire protection and environmental protection.

Rödl & Partner Croatia assist the process and the team was lead by Radu Dragos Dobrescu, Partner and Country Manager Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia and Ljubica Omazic, Head of Audit and Director within the company.

Rödl & Partner will continue to support the TÜV Nord Group in the handling of its projects in the future.
