Dr. Barbara Klaus once again awarded as the “Food lawyer of the Year”

Milan, 15 May 2018: With great pleasure, we would like to inform you that Dr. Barbara Klaus, partner at Rödl & Partner, was awarded as “Food lawyer of the Year” at the Legal Community Awards which took place in Milan on May 14, 2018. Already in 2018, Dr. Klaus was granted this special honor.

 
The award was assigned by an external jury made up of general counsels of leading Italian and multinational companies as well as representatives of the media. The jury awarded Dr. Klaus with the prize recognizing her specialization in European and International Law, and particularly her expertise in food law in the European Union and Member States. She provides legal and strategic advice, as well as representation in litigation, to National and International enterprises in the food industry, also trade associations.
