Henckel & Witt join Rödl & Partner

Copenhagen, 11 February 2020: Audit firm Henckel & Witt has joined global advisory firm Rödl & Partner. Henckel & Witt is hereby becoming Rödl & Partner Danmark A/S and will handle audit and accounting tasks as well as corporate and tax advisory services in Denmark. Rödl & Partner provides advice and assistance in connection with investments and transactions, and with its well-developed, strong international collaboration between local offices and specialists, the focus is on providing proactive, targeted and holistic advisory services based on the specific situation of the client.

Claus Witt, state-authorised public accountant and Partner at Rödl & Partner Denmark says: 'It is a great advantage for our clients that we are now part of a larger professional community. At Rödl & Partner Denmark, we offer advice on everything related to audit, accounting, tax advisory and bookkeeping. With the new family members, we have acquired colleagues with expertise in other fields and have thus become able to help our clients even better.'

With the merger, close links have also been established with the private limited Partnership law firm LEAD Rödl & Partner which has been part of Rödl & Partner for about three years.
