Rödl & Partner advises Atramat® on its expansion to the European market

​Munich, 13 December 2019: Rödl & Partner advised Internacional Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V., Mexico City ("Atramat®") in the acquisition of Santec Medicalprodukte GmbH, Großostheim, Germany. Through this acquisition, Atramat further expanded its business to the European market. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

A specialised international and interdisciplinary Rödl & Partner transaction team advised Atramat® on all financial, legal and tax transaction issues. Besides the German Rödl & Partner team also colleagues of Rödl & Partner Mexico were involved in the process. Jan Adams (Associate Partner; Mexico City) was responsible for the communication with the client. Matthias Zahn (Associate Partner, Munich) coordinated the different work streams and was responsible for the financial due diligence. The SPA negotiations were led by Thomas Fräbel (Partner) and the tax due diligence by Dr Melanie Köstler (Associate Partner).
