Export control provisions

Interdisciplinary case

Compliance with all the legal regulations in relation to export control restrictions requires a process organisation which is interdepartmental and interdisciplinary. Export control processes should be organised and conducted according to the legal regulations and implemented efficiently at a corporate level. One component here is represented by the contractual arrangements for sales contracts and delivery and purchasing contracts. Clauses providing protection in case of delivery prohibition are also equally essential and in an emergency can save time and money. The same is true for co operation clauses for deliveries subject to authorisation.

In addition, the prohibition of sensitive applications and unauthorised distribution and commitment clauses to comply with the export control regulations represent a further part of a functioning export control system and offer clients the opportunity to process transparent information relating to the delivered goods and services.
