Disclaimer on the omnibus package:

The EU Commission's first omnibus package is expected to result in legal changes to sustainability reporting. The postponement of the CSRD has already been accepted. Changes to the user group and amendments to the ESRS are currently still being negotiated. Amendments to the CSDDD, the EU Taxonomy and the CBAM are also still at the draft stage.
