Whatever our altered normality with or beyond Covid will look like, we already know that the pandemic definitely caused major disruptions to the economic environment, affecting businesses around the globe and across all sectors. As one of the consequences, it is now necessary for multinationals to revise their transfer pricing models to ensure the arm’s length prices are properly documented and do support the changes caused by the impact of the pandemic.
The OECD has issued guidance on how to deal with the transfer pricing impact under these unprecedented circumstances, and so did various Asian countries.
